What an incredible car buying experience. From the moment we stepped foot onto the lot to a few days later driving off in our new Jeep Grand Cherokee L we were treated like royalty. After spending several months shopping for a specific model to no avail we came across what we were looking for at Roger Williams CDJR and decided to go and see it. We were welcomed by Katie Lansford and told her about our previous poor experiences at dealerships to which she ensured us she was just here to help. After test driving and talking numbers we left and maintained communication for the next couple days. When we decided that was the one Katie had the paperwork practically ready to go when we walked in the door. Fastest I’ve ever been in and out of a dealership. We will be telling those we know to go to this dealership, we also look forward to working with Katie again in the very near future. Shout out to Derek and Justin as well.

Kyle Smith welcomed me to the dealership with a handshake and a smile. Although it was getting close to closing time he worked with me until we got the problem solve. Randall Brann and George made sure that my order for a new fob was done and I had the vehicle back in less than twenty four hours. Juan Garces gave me his personal cell phone number and stayed in contact with me throughout the process always immediately returning my texts.
